Nilus

The project Nilus aims at creating a new high-end development for luxury lifestyle on the prime site on the Nile waterfront in central Cairo. With its 220m the building will be the highest in Cairo, and will comprise of ﬁve-star hotel, branded apartments, ball room, commercial areas and sky gardens.

The Architecture of the building would arise from the speciﬁc location in the city, where the establishing elements of Cairo meet- the Nile, the Archaeological Museum, Tahrir Square, the historical center and the view to the Giza pyramids. The building vertical layered structure would reﬂect the multilayered city with its established historical and contemporary heights and typologies. Along with its rooting in the site, the complex would oﬀer unique experiences and qualities of living, recreation, entertainment and shopping for Cairo and Egypt, through custom design, tailored branding and sustainable technology.
